She is survived by: her brother John Hazuka; her children, Ed Hudecek, Bob Hudecek, Christine Muller, Betsy Ailport and Natalie Ondracek; and her grandchildren, Heath, Tony, Mike, Krystal, Lacey, Taina, Nick, Tommy, Annie, Marissa and Allie.
