She is survived by: her husband Jim Rush of Omaha; her children, Jason John Rush, Amy Susan Smith and Julie Andrea Rush; her grandson Nathan Quinn Smith; and her siblings, Orlan John Jurgenson, Gordon William Jurgenson and Elaine Fry. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
