She is survived by : her daughter Deborah (James); her grandsons, Joshua Smith and Jared Smith (Laura); her great grandchildren, Owen, Olivia and Elinor; her granddaughter Esther Weddle (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Micah, Ivy and Josiah; her daughters, Anita (Daniel) and Carey of Omaha, NE; her grandson Jonathan Carey (Liz Hoff); her great grandchild Sophia; her grandchildren, Samuel Carey and Joy Kleveland (Luke); her great grandchild Lucy; her grandsons, Benjamin Carey (Katie) and David Carey; her son Daniel (Kirsten Paynter); her grandchildren, Anna Rucin (Andrew), Samuel Plett and Dara Plett; her daughter Annette Plett of Youngstown, OH; her grandsons, Nicholas D'Amico, Anthony D'Amico and Andrew D'Amico; her daughter Dora (Thomas) Becker; her grandchildren, Amy Becker, Matous Becker (Micah), Hannah Becker, Axel Becker and Nathanael Becker; her stepchildren, Valerie Lambright (Mervin) of Lynchburg, VA, Charyl (Graham), Esther Ropp of Tarpon Springs, FL and Bernard Ropp (Maria) of Tampa, FL; and her sister Janet Messinger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fogelstrom Chapel at Immanuel Courtyard (6757 Newport Ave, Omaha, NE 68152). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fogelstrom Chapel at Immanuel Courtyard Watch (6757 Newport Ave, Omaha, NE 68152).
