She was predeceased by: her son Kevin Murrell; and her brother Phillip Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Clifford "Geno" Murrell; her children, Felicia Harrington (Terry), Courtney Murrell (Robin), Clifford Murrell Jr. (Regina) and Gary Murrell; and her siblings, Charles Williams, Peggy Smith, Brent Williams, Thomas Williams, Debra Williams, Terry Williams and Rodney Hamilton. She is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
