He is survived by: his spouse Bailey Miller (Schulenberg); his parents, Ronald Miller and Mary Kay McKinnis; his siblings, Kimberly McKinnis, Kathrynann Richard, Kasandra Gamez and Theodore Mugerian; his parents-in-law, Shawn and Jody Schulenberg; and his siblings-in-law, Easton Schulenberg and Reagen Nelson (Brandon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the GraceHill Church (18751 Harney St, Elkhorn, NE 68022). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, family requests any donations to the Miller Family in support of a memorial in Anthony's name on the Surgical/Trauma ICU at Nebraska Medicine, and scholarship for Annalise and Keely's education.
