He is survived by: his wife Margaret Peterson; and his children, Bill Peterson (Laura), Kevin Peterson, Debbie Dabney, Kim Peterson, Dennis Peterson (Nanette) and Patty Hill (Randy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
