She is survived by: her husband Donovan Peterson; her sons, Michael (Jennifer Peterson), John (Amy Peterson), Bob (Ann Norden) and Matthew (Mary McMullen); and her grandchildren, Samuel, Maxwell, Bennett Peterson, Alexander, Zachary Peterson, John David Norden, Thomas, Paul and Rachel McMullen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School in Ogallala, NE, or Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church in Omaha, NE.
