She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Murphy and Luella Murphy; her brothers, John and Billy Murphy; and her granddaughter Jessie Blake.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Blake; and her children, Anthony Blake (Antonette), Colleen Short (Don), Kevin Blake (Terri), Liz Blake and Pam Conley (Joe). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; her extended family and many good friends.
