Bohumil S. was predeceased by: brothers, Adolph and Victor; and parents, Adolph Jirka and Anna Jirka. Bohumil S. is survived by: wife Frances; children, Carol Galaska (Mike), Dr. Barbara Jirka, Dr. Jerry (Susie) and Dr. Jeff Jirka (Heather); grandchildren, Jenna Fields (Greg), Jon Jones, Dr. Grant (Ada) and Paige Jirka; and sister Libbye Fauver (Larry). Bohumil S. is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
