She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Newman and Opal Newman (Sigler); her husband Ralph; her siblings, Tommie Newman of Lincoln, Richard Newman of Ceresco and Marie Payne (Robert) of Kearney, Nebraska; and her brother-in-law Jim Price (Betsy Mae) of Ansley, Nebraska.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Sanders (Bob) of Green Valley, Arizona, Sharen Wroblewski (Jim) of Elkhorn and Karen Thompson (Blain) of Johnson Lake, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Jarrod, Brandon Sanders, Angie Butler, Cory Wroblewski and Colby Christensen; and her siblings, Darlene Price of Ansley, Larry Newman (Alice) of Lincoln and Kenneth Newman (Nancy) of Sutherland, Nebraska.. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to First Christian Church, Omaha; or Johnson Lake Fire & Rescue.
