He is survived by: his parents, Larry Heward Madsen and Linda Mae Jenkins Madsen; his children, Silas John Madsen and Bexley June Madsen; and his siblings, Mynette Madsen, Shawn Madsen (Angela) and Cortney Madsen (Jennifer). He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces.
