He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Johannes and Emily Kuzmicki; his siblings, Bernie Erb, Bethany Schneider and Amber Knudson; and his grandparents, Ione Godwin, Dale Kuzmicki, Kay Johannes and Bernard Johannes.
