He is survived by: his parents, Gale Carder and Elizabeth Carder (VanDeWalle) of St. Edward, NE; his former spouse Leslie Rasmussen; his girlfriend Vivian Burns; his siblings, Carol Rowe (Rory) of Eagan, MN, Jim Carder (Laurie) of St. Edward, NE, Jerry Carder (Donielle Finnegan) of Albion, NE, Kent Carder (Sheila) of Albion, NE, Teresa Paulsen (Doug Walter) of Omaha, NE and Janine Krohn (David) of Norfolk, NE; his siblings' children, Kyle Carder, Christopher Carder, Katie Precht, Andrea Aylward, Kristin Carder, Keri Carder, Alana Beller, Kevin Carder, Erica Charling, Emily Olson, Elise Paulsen, Danielle Krohn, Celia Paulsen and Kalen Krohn; and his former wife Leslie Carder.
