She is survived by: her husband David Otero; and her children, Gina Maldonado (Andres), Randal Springer and Tony Failla (Karin). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Funeral & Cremation Services - 82nd (4712 S 82nd St, Ralston, NE 68127).
