Carolee A. Schneider Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolee A. Schneider (Omaha, Nebraska), born in Geneva, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2026 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Schneider; her daughter Elizabeth Schmidt (Beth); her parents, Norvie Gewecke and Gladys Gibbons; her stepfather Leo Gibbons; her siblings, Vonné Schnell, Joyce Griffith and Robert Gewecke; and her grandson Zachary Paul Curran.

She is survived by: her children, Carrie Jorgensen (Mark), Kimberly Brockhaus (John), Aimee Curran (Paul) and Keith Schneider (Becky); her son-in-law Jamie Schmidt; and her sisters, Marcia Beecher (Dean) and Cindy Roettger (Rich). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
