He is survived by: his stepdaughter Donna Farley (Mike); his sister Dorothy Smith (Huyen); his niece Shirley Zeek (Paul); his nephews, Scott Cuba (Christine) and Stanley Cuba (Ginger); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kirsten Cuba, Haley Cuba, Matthew Cuba, Chase Cuba, Bruce Cantwell and Wesley Zeek; his stepgranddaughters, Tiffany, Sandy and Robin; and his cousins, Jim, Jerry and Mary. He is also survived by spouses; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
