She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Swanson and Murlyn Swanson (Brown). She is survived by: her husband Terry Swanson; and her siblings, Cindy Benson (Ron Kopaska) and Marty Swanson (Holly). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
