She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Samla and Mary Samla. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Swedberg; her daughters, Sarah Wayman (Kirk) and Andrea Ryan (Adam); her brother Jerry Samla (Patricia); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Blake Wayman, Adalyn, Anna and Abel Ryan; and her uncle George. She is also survived by numerous cousins, sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
