He was predeceased by: his sister Ashley Marie Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Penny L. Fortner of Woodbine, IA and Steve Fiscus of Omaha, NE; and his siblings, Stevie Fortner of Council Bluffs, IA, Jerimiah Fortner (Tori) of Omaha, NE and Sean Fortner (Tina) of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by his son; as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Northwest Christian Church (714 Benson St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
