He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Chuck Samples (Ginny) and Peter Samples (Ranae); and his grandchildren, Cas, Hunter, Sofie, Athena (Samples), Angela, Jonathan (Kramer), Britney and Kaitlyn (Samples).
