He was predeceased by: his father Charles Silvey Pugsley Jr.; his sister Patty Pugsley King; and his nephew Jonathon David Pugsley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Nicola Pugsley; his children, Charley Pugsley IV (Melody) and Rob Pugsley (Meggan); his grandchildren, Charley V, Tommy and Colby Pugsley; his children, Scottlynd and Nixon Farmer; his siblings, Barbara Pugsley Chase and David Pugsley (Cathy); and his niece Catherine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Charley's memory may be directed to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church - Medical Debt Relief Fund.
