We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Charlotte Ann Hazuka (Omaha, Nebraska). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Tex"; her daughter Lynne Ridge; and her siblings, William Nelson (Barb) and Beth Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Luke Hazuka (Liz), Mary Petersen (Bob) and Reverend Jeremy Hazuka; and her grandchildren, Charlotte Ridge (Will), Glynna McKenzie (Simon), Luke Hazuka (Brittney), Steve Hazuka (Kristin), Annie Hazuka and Katie Petersen. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz Funeral Home (5108 F St, Omaha, NE 68117). A vigil service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (5223 Q St, Omaha, NE 68117).
In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to Holy Ghost Catholic Church or St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont.
