She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley B. Kelly Jr. and Shirley L. Earp; and her brother Jon Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Sammy; and her children, Kelly Ramm (Bob), Nick Maddalena (Chris) and Anne Maddalena (Chad Tyson). She is also survived by six granddaughters and one great-grandson.
