She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Sakalosky; her parents, John Mahoney and Margaret Mahoney; and her sister Jan Nowaczyk. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Sakalosky (Melissa), Matt Sakalosky, Jeff Sakalosky (Courtney), Todd Sakalosky and Chad Sakalosky (Elycha-Dane); her boyfriend Mike Sedlacek; and her brother Clint Mahoney (Jayne). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
