Chaney, Jr., Demetria Ya'Vonne Spears-Nixon and Christopher Spears; her great grandchild Demontaye Nixon, Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Lee Bennett, Geneva Norman and Eunice Longworth.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Melvin Spears, Sr.; her children, Tyrone B. Bennett, Reginald Bennett, Carita Spears, Valerie Starks, Letitia Chaney, Leha Spears, Nathan Spears and Cynthea Carbon (Jose); and her sister Eloise Scott. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
