He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rochford; his children, Vaughn Kinney (Jeanne), Valerie McAllister (Leon), Jennifer Poulas (Jeff) and Jon Kinney (Jane); his sister Charlene Schroeder; his grandchildren, Sara, Emily, Katy Kinney, Melissa Prashar, Megan Hayden, Alex, Drew, Andrea Poulas, Jack, Hannah-Kate and Nora Kinney; and his stepchildren, Bob Rochford, Rebecca Florance (Troy), Laurie Ruthven (Steve), Wanda Hoffman (Doug), Cheryl Wietfeld (Steve), Carol Emanuel (Francis), Jim Rochford, Hugh Rochford and Tom Rochford (Kristin). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (811 Locust St, North Bend, NE 68649). A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
