He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Kathryn. He is survived by: his children, Jim Holliday (Jainie) and Shari Kosiske; and his brothers, Bob (Grace), Dave (Sue), Jim and Tom (Jane). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
