He was predeceased by: his parents, John Groves and Marlene Groves; and his brother Roger Groves. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Groves (Melissa), Brian Groves, Jack Groves (Montana) and Wyatt Groves (Kiley); his siblings, Linda Sillik and John Groves; and his niece Frances Forbes. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Midwest Church of God (2540 6th Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
