He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Bouckaert and Stella B Bouckaert (Stillmock); and his brothers, Raymond and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Claycamp); his sons, Paul (Emily), Ryan (Amy) and Timothy (Sarah); his grandchildren, George, Cecilia, Patrick and Francine; and his siblings, Robert (Marilyn) and MaryAnn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the Saint Thomas More Endowment Fund.
