Deacon Emmet Tinley III Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2023, at the age of 80, Deacon Emmet Tinley III in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Tinley and Jeanne Tinley (Stech); his daughter Rose Marie; and his siblings, Mike Tinley, Tim Tinley, Chris Tinley (Cindy), Kathy Payne and Mary Anne Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Ternus Tinley; his children, Pat Tinley (Loretta), Megan Anderson, Shaughn Moore (Roger), Kevin Tinley (Amy), Tim Tinley and Kathleen Tinley; and his sisters, Jeannie Gilmore (Bob) and Suzanne Tinley (Charles Fishkin). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Creighton University, Creighton Prep, Duchesne Academy, St. Patrick's parish of Council Bluffs, and St. Albert or whatever organization would be most representative of your relationship with Emmet.
