We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 73, Debra E. Livingston-Gray (Omaha, Nebraska), born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Livingston and Ruth Livingston of Elk Point; and her husband Donald Emerson Gray.
