He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Christianson and Helen Christianson; his son Ken Christianson; his sons-in-law, Mike Minarik and Roy King; and his great grandchild Corbin King.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis of Omaha; his children, Laurie Minarik, Janet King, Jerry Christianson (Mary) and Thomas Christianson (Kris); his daughter-in-law Kris Christianson; and his siblings, James Christianson (Anne), Mary Ann Severs and Cynthia Ratey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
