She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta Petersen and Rudolph Petersen; her sons, Daniel, Johnny and Dale Chlupacek; and her brothers, Lloyd, Rollin, Wesley and Lester Petersen.
She is survived by: her children, James Chlupacek Jr., Omaha, David Chlupacek (Cindy) and Donna Malfait (Bill); her grandchildren, Steven, Kristopher, David, Heather (Tyler), Vanessa, Melissa (Doug), Jeannie (Danny), Alexandra, Yenesia, Carlos, Margarita, Courtney (Nick), Matt and Jason (Priti); and her sisters-in-law, Janet Petersen and Judy Petersen. She is also survived by grandkids; 3 great-great grandkids.
