She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Herring and Loretta Herring (McTygue); and her daughter Laura Wright. She is survived by : her daughters, Sarah Miller (Aaron) of Omaha, Nebraska and Jessica Shepherd (Bryan) of Denver; her grandchildren, Evan Miller of Omaha, Norah Shepherd of Denver, Colorado. and Emmett Shepherd of Denver, Colorado.; and her sisters, Mary Lou Herring of Omaha and Sandi Nolan (Rick) of Omaha. She is also survived by nieces, grand-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pacific Street Chapel (14151 Pacific St, Omaha, NE 68154). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
