She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Dwight Beezley and Ada Beezley (Forney). She is survived by: her husband Michael Loftis; her daughters, Melinda Wagner (Gabe) and Amanda Bischoff (Brian); her grandchildren, Austin, Shayla, Dakota, Lena, Elizabeth and Benjamin; and her sisters, Rhonda Lehn (James) and Cindy Stones (Randy).
