She was predeceased by: her mother Melba Tinnell; her daughter Becky; her father Clyde "Dude" Tinnell of Council Bluffs, Iowa.; her husband Walter G. Romey; and her sister Bev Buckingham.
She is survived by: her aunt Pearl; her great grandchild Jaxson; her children, Rebecca Jorgensen (Bob) and Bruce Romey (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ben Romey (Megan), Amy Setlak, Molly DeHaan (Jeff) and Katie Romey (Matt Meinhardt); and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Jordan, Garrett and Samuel.
