She is survived by: her children, Anthony Madison (Charlene), Monique Foxworth (Claudis), Clyde Crawford and Yamika Smoot (Chris); and her siblings, Charles Madison, Lenora Salts (Rick), Sam Madison and Julius Madison (William Ross). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandsons.
