She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Buxter; her parents, Paul Schuchart and Betty Schuchart; her brother Paul Schuchart; and her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Buxter.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Buxter, Suzanne Henley (Ken), Amy Tolbart (Warren), David and Richard Buxter; her grandchildren, Zachary Tolbart, Amanda Tolbart, Coleman Tolbart, Tony Buxter (Kim), Melissa Buxter (Carl) and Nicole Peatrowsky (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Seth Peatrowsky, Jack Buxter and Madison Buczkowski.
