He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Mitchell and Dora Mitchell; and his siblings, Dan Mitchell and Gladys Toy. He is survived by : his wife Adell Butler-Mitchell; his daughter Connie Copeland (Bob); and his stepchildren, Todd Williams, Ross Williams, Judiline William, Leslie Bateman, Wendy Doxy, Derek Butler and Kristi Oakey (John). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
