She is survived by: her children, Kelly Hiatt (Curtis), Dawn Kohler (Chris) and Rebecca Hoffman; her grandchildren, Gary (Abby), Lauren (Cody), Karli (Tony), Eric, Nathan, Ava and Alex; her brother Carl (Anne); and her close friend Jack Bellus. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
