He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Foster and Frances Foster; his brothers, Steven and Ricky Foster; and his brother-in-law George Oliver.
He is survived by: his guardians, Dave and Kenny Glenn-Stewart; and his siblings, Nancy Oliver of San Antonio, Diane Foster of Council Bluffs, Pamela Anderson of Omaha and David Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; several friends and his beloved pets.
