He is survived by: his son Kent Sivadge (Carol) of Waxahachie; his grandchildren, Blake (Vanessa) and Alexia Eller (Zach); his son Terry Sivadge of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Tamara and Kassandra; his son Steve Sivadge (Jean) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Haley Kizer (Cyle), Adam (Lana) and Cade (Waan Noi); his stepson Les Gwartney of Omaha; his son Dan Gwartney (Christina) of Missouri; his grandchild Kali; his stepson Chris Forcade of Omaha; his stepgrandchildren, Ethan and Joey; and his siblings, Barb Wilson (Lynn) of Stillwater, Marilla Robbins of Des Moines, Iowa, Russ Sivadge (Grace) of Indianola and Cliff Sivadge (Laura) of Norwalk, Iowa.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
