He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Byers. He is survived by: his wife Donna Foster (Meyers) of Murray; his children, Dennis Foster of Omaha, William Foster of Tecumseh and Crystal Foster of Omaha; and his grandchildren, Cyrus Boles of Omaha and Izaya Schmidt of Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church missionary fund as a fitting way to honor Ed's life and his dedication to his faith.
