She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Martin and Jessie Martin; her son David Downie; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Mary Downie; her sister Joan; her siblings-in-law, Gerald Swift, Wayne Larsen and Pat Downie; and her great grandchild Charlie Moon Downie.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her daughter Debi; her children-in-law, Tony Baratta and Belle Downie; her brother-in-law Paul Downie; her sister Gayle Larsen; her grandchildren, Max Downie, AJ Baratta (Michaela) and Shelby Morgan (Ken); and her great grandchildren, Stone, Indigo, Eli and Stetson. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
