She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Levay (Ernest), Joan Adams (Ken), Helen Harvey (George) and Vernon Mlnarik (Fern); and her children, Terry Jensen (Brenda), Joe Jensen (Kris), Teresa Miller (Larry) and John Jensen (Valerie).
