He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Phillips and Lorna Phillips (Nelson); and his wife Shirley "Toot" Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Arnold (Boyd) of Council Bluffs, Jennifer Phillips, Christopher Phillips (Diane) of Omaha and Lonnie Phillips of Loveland, Colorado; and his sisters, Ilene Phillips of Carson and Alice Phillips of Mason City, Iowa. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
