She was predeceased by: her parents, Merry Christine Butler and Othelllan Campbell; and her daughter Kimberly R Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Carter, Jr.; her children, Rozlynn (Fowler) Felici (Mike) of Omaha, NE and Dr. Milton A. Fowler (Monica) of Olathe, KS; her siblings, Carolyn Canady (KS) of Wichita, Annette Anderson (GA) and Lamond Campbell (KS) of Wichita; her grandchildren, Ernest Kevin Johnson, Jr., Sara Cooper (Felici), Jason Felici, Dominic Fowler, Milton Fowler III and Alexandria Collins (Fowler); and her goddaughters, Janice, Salena Alderson and Detell Davis. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
