He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Shannon (Matt), Jennifer and Patrick; his brothers, Tommy (Jane) and Andy (Phyllis); his foster brothers, Linh (Dang) and Tien; and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Eric, Oliver, Hailey and Jackson.
