She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Richard Hamke; her uncle Joe Hamke; and her grandparents, John Reis, Bill and Lola Hamke.
She is survived by: her mother Vicki Broussard (Reis); her stepfather Michael Broussard; her stepsiblings, Britni Broussard, Michael Broussard, Jasmyn Broussard and Aleesha Broussard; and her grandparents, Janet Reis, Opal and Patrice Broussard. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in honor of Eryn's family members touched by this disease.
