He was predeceased by: his mother Annetta Jean Stewart (Smeal). He is survived by: his father Dwight Ray Stewart Jr.; his pets, Porthos, Athos, Aramis, Samantha Erin Stewart (Voshell), Keelan Thør Stewart and Victoria Marie (Bowen); his grandchildren, Corri Ann Stewart of Bellevue, Niklaus Mahlon Stewart of Bellevue and Rachel Alexandria Carson of Bellevue; his sibling's children, Kimberly Rae (Stewart), Douglas Chambers of Easton, Pennsylvania, Annetta Lee (Stewart), Reuben "Wes" Ballard of Williamston, Scott Allen and Carmen Stewart of Easton, Pennsylvania.; and also Scott Alexandr Stewart. He is also survived by three siblings and their partners.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Civil Liberties Union, Boys Town, Lift Up Sarpy County or another charitable cause – preferably one working to do good in Gene's or the giver's community.
